Obituary for Clarence Moorehead

Clarence  Moorehead
Clarence Moorehead was born in Knoxville Tenn. to the parents of Herbert Sr. and Lillie Moorehead on January 22, 1922.

Clarence attended school in Knoxville Tenn. After graduating from high school, he joined the U.S. Army. During his three years in the Army, he worked as a auto mechanic. This was the beginning of his career as a auto mechanic.

Clarence Moorehead’s beloved wife Ruby give birth to twin boys John and Richard.

Clarence and Ruby began studying the bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses and were later baptized as witnesses of Jehovah. During his many years of faithful service to Jehovah, he served as an elder in the congregation. Over the years he enjoyed many privileges of service in the organization. He was always busy caring for the needs of the congregation. The family use to joke that he would officiate a funeral service in the morning and perform a wedding in the afternoon.

Clarence was preceded in death by his wife Ruby. He leaves behind his sons and daughters-in-laws, John and Juanita Moorehead, Richard and Carol Moorehead; his niece Geraldine Price; other nieces and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
