Obituary for Michelle Denise Muffree

Michelle Denise Muffree
Michelle Denise Muffree was born April 28, 1969 to the union of Gloria Muffree (Walters) and Samuel James Muffree at St. John's hospital in Far Rockaway, New York.

Michelle and her family were faithful members at Calvary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Girl Scouts and served with her brother on the Usher Board.

Michelle attended Bayside High School where she graduated with honors. Michelle went on to attend Virginia State University for three years where she majored in Elementary Education.

Michelle was a loving mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Family meant much to her as she loved and cared for. She loved life and had a warm welcoming personality.

Her transition from earth has left a huge void that is felt by family and friends.

Our beloved Michelle leaves to celebrate her life, one devoted loving son Cahlen S. Dixon; her mother Gloria Muffree (Walters); father Samuel James Muffree; step father Ralph Walters; one brother Samuel Muffree (Estelle Muffree); one sister Tasha Small (Rodney Lewis); aunt to (4) Clyde, Jubilee Muffree, Rodney J. Lewis and Aston Lewis; along with a host of cousins and friends.
